I am the Board President of a 51 unit condo HOA community in Juanita.

I have been on the board for 20 years. For a long time, a larger management company played "pass-around" with us, letting us train over a dozen different managers. Things generally got done the day before our next meeting, even high priority things. Often, they made costly mistakes.
